2009 New Members/Associate Members
With large-scale campus recruitment in ECNU, we this year successfully attracted total 26 new fresh bloods (11 members and 15 associate members).
¨ This is the first time to recruit student without full-time working experience, they will join EC as associate members, with the mentorship program and internship referral program. They have special associate member agreement with EC and will contribute to EC from different perspectives.
¨ This is the first time EC use scientific and professional methodology to select right people, aligning with the mission, vision and values, and development requirement.
¨ It is a strategic step to build up a talent selection and development channel.
¨ It’s the first project that both enhances EC management level and achieves one of the KPIs of current year with high standard of quality. With the close of the project, we have successfully setup a solid foundation for EC value-added system elevation.

Elite Reserve Program
Elite Reserve Program is consisted of 2 Programs: EC Mentoring Program and Internship Referral Program. The 2 programs directly benefit EC associate member, while bring rewarding to EC member, graduate with working experience, on the other side. Please kindly find the brief introduction them.
Internship Referral Program
Having associate members as potential talent pool, EC kicks off the internship referral program.
Benefits for EC members:
§ Provide a platform for internship information sharing
§ Help EC members find interns with high quality and high efficiency
§ Provide more valuable internship opportunity to ECNU students
How to Participate?
§ Offer Internship Opening Information via Elite Club Internship Opening Release System by link http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&formkey=dFRDR3owZHJsYWdFOGo3OEZ5LWJmSnc6MA. This link can also be accessed from LINK “Offer Internship Opening” on the left column of EC Ycool Online Board.
§ The System will automatically distribute the information to EC Associate Members
§ The Internship Opening offered can be viewed from LINK “EC Internship Opening” on the left column of EC Ycool Online Board.
§ If there are suitable candidates in Associate Members’ network, the information will be forwarded to them.
§ EC will track the progression & close cycle when member successfully find intern.
Tips:
§ Leave 2 days buffer for application deadline, if possible, to avoid that no candidate was matched successfully.
§ If there is any change on the internship opening information you offered, please resubmit the complete one through release system.

EC Membership Policy
Effective on 2009.4.1, EC membership policy will apply to all EC members, including EC associate member. Attached please kindly find the EC Membership Policy.
EC Family Day
As there are several new members to join in EC and with the launch of EC Mentoring Program (EMP), it is necessary to let you all get to know each other. EC Family Day will help to build the connections.
EC Family Day is coming in early September….
